Effective Date: October 03, 2025
- Payments: Services must be paid at time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards through secure payment processors.
- Refunds:
- Pool cleaning/maintenance: Non-refundable once services are rendered.
- Openings/closings: Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice = full refund; cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a $50 fee.
- Repairs: If a repair is not completed as quoted, we will re-perform the service or refund unused labor/materials.
- Disputes: Customers must notify Pool-Wise within 7 days of service if unsatisfied; we will attempt to resolve promptly.
- Recurring Plans: Weekly/biweekly services are billed monthly in advance; plans may be canceled with 14-day notice.
