Services

Pool-Wise provides pool cleaning, maintenance, opening/closing, and repair services in the Greater St. Louis area. Services will be performed in a professional and timely manner consistent with industry standards.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide Pool-Wise staff with safe access to your pool and equipment.
• Inform us of hazards (pets, structural issues, locked access, etc.).
• Maintain regular payment for services according to agreements.

Payments

• Payment terms are outlined in our Payment Policy.
• Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

Liability

• Pool-Wise carries insurance; however, we are not liable for pre-existing equipment, structural damage, or issues arising from neglected maintenance prior to service.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
